Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MathPanda, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

MathPanda is an artificial intelligence-assisted mathematics learning platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be of legal age to use this service
  • The information provided must be accurate and up-to-date

4. Intellectual Property

All content present on MathPanda, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, and source code, is the exclusive property of MathPanda and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to :

  • Use the service in a fraudulent or illegal manner
  • Disrupt or interfere with the service
  • Collect information on other users
  • Share your account with third parties

By using MathPanda, you agree to :

  • Use the service reasonably
  • Respect a delay between your questions
  • Not use robots or automated scripts

In case of excessive use, we reserve the right to :

  • Request to slow down temporary use
  • Contact you to understand your needs
  • Limit access if necessary

6. Subscriptions and Refunds

6.1 Subscription Conditions

By subscribing to a Pro subscription, you agree to the following conditions :

  • The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period
  • You will be notified by email before each renewal
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

6.2 Refund Policy

You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of subscribing to the Pro plan, provided that you have not made substantial use of the service. This right can be exercised without giving reasons.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial subscription
  • Full refund will be processed within 14 days of approval

6.3 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time :

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
  • You retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period
  • No partial refund is made for started periods

7. Limitation of Liability

MathPanda is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MathPanda is registered, unless otherwise required by the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where MathPanda is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
